Sable Antelope

This species of antelope is one of the most impressive and most endangered antelopes. Both males and females have semi-circular, ridged horns. The female’s horns can grow to over 1 metre in length and the male’s horns can grow to an impressive 165 centimetres. The adult sable’s biggest predator is mankind through habitat destruction and poaching.
