Seychelles Bulbul

This member of the bulbul family of passerine birds is a common endemic bird of the Seychelles that generally lives in pairs, family groups or small flocks and is very aggressive to other birds. Unlike many endemic birds, the bulbul is not in immediate danger of becoming extinct. These birds can be seen on all the largest of the Seychelles islands and are very noisy, with a range of chattering and squawking calls. Adult bulbuls are the only land birds in the Seychelles with orange beaks and legs.
