Mayfield Falls & Mineral Springs
Located about an hour away from Negril, through a series of rainforest villages, you will find nature lovers paradise – Mayfield Falls & Mineral Springs. Surrounded by the awe-inspiring Dolphin Head Mountains, you will discover 21 natural pools, two cascading waterfalls, ferns in abundance, lush rainforest vegetation, and gorgeous tropical flowers.
It is hard to believe that there could be anyone else in the world as you watch the birds and butterflies flutter around the foliage while resting under the riverside gazebos.
You can choose to have a guided hike along the river, or you can wade in the cool water, climbing over the boulders, jumping off the cliffs, and relaxing in the flowing water of the waterfalls.

Blue Hole
The Blue Hole is situated in the rainforest surrounded mountains near Ocho Rios and is a beautiful series of waterholes that are fed by flowing cascades.

Dunn’s River Falls
Made up of 180 meters of terraced waterfalls, this natural attraction is one of Jamaica’s most well-known. You will be able to climb the various tiers to reach the top, where there are a series of pools that are much like natural Jacuzzis.
If you don’t want to climb, or are not able to, the refreshing pool at the base of the falls will be a welcome amenity on a hot Caribbean day.

Rio Grande River
There could be nothing better than floating down a river on a bamboo raft which is steered by an expert guide who will give you a two and a half hour tour of the river and the fantastic stretch of rainforest that borders the Rio Grande River.
Rafting in this area began in roughly 1911 when the local banana farmers used the river to transport the produce they had for trading. The Rio Grande River has fewer tourists than the Martha Brae River, and it also offers unparalleled scenery and calm rapids.

Kingston
Jamaica’s capital city boasts many tours that should be put at the top of your list.
The Bob Marley Museum is a natural favorite and is one of the city’s most-visited attractions. On this tour, your will be able to see Bob Marley’s bedroom as well as his famous star-shaped guitar next to his bed. If you look at the back walls, you will be able to see the remaining bullet holes from an attempted assassination.
