So I had an idea, a pillow for both people who sleep on their back and side sleepers. My Goldilocks experience of pillows meant I found pillows either too high or too shallow in both positions.
I tried all of the pillow fillings including memory foam, feather, cooling and. All caused endless sleepless nights. Even 5 star hotel pillows I didn’t find comfy.
Luckily I don’t have to make my own pillow, I discovered the Groove pillow.
Groove pillow review
The Groove pillow is like any other foam pillow but features an “indented” middle. This means I get the support I need when lying on my side with my head on either end. And when I lie 9n my back I don’t feel like my chin is tucked in when using traditional pillows.
It also has a soft cover adding to my comfort which can be zipped off and cleaned in the washing machine.
I would say the shape has provided better night’s sleep and I don’t have neck pain when I wake up. I wouldn’t buy a traditional pillow again the Groove pillow is that good.
